This is the first weaving that I've done since the move. I have actually had this yarn since December (or January) and I have been aching to weave this forever. It has taken a while because we had to move, set up the loom and deal with a few issues (of the feline variety). But here are some shots of the fabric now that it has been woven!
This fabric is going to be transformed into infinity scarves. I have a few more color ways to weave in this style and I am very excited about them. It is woven from Harrisville Designs Shetland weight yarn. It is set at 12 e.p.i. in order to allow a nice drape to the twill fabric.
I can't wait to see how the other colors work out. Could you see yourself wrapped in royal purple? What would be your favorite ombre color range to see?
