Payments

Accepted Forms of Payment

For Purchases Made on the Website: Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

For Purchases Made In Person: Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), Check, or Cash.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. For refund information please read our Refund Policy below.

Bounced Checks

A $25 dollar charge will be assessed for all bounced checks.

Business to Business

All invoices will be issued with 15 days to pay. Lines of credit will not be extended to any business. Payments can be made by Check, Cash, or Credit Card online or off.

Shipping

Definitions

Stock on hand Items: Items such as Handwoven Scarfs, Shawls, and other items that we manufacture. These items are primarily handwoven pieces.

Drop shipped Items: These are items that we currently do not have on hand. This would currently apply to all of the JaggerSpun yarn.

Shipping Turn Around

Stock on hand Items: Items will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment, often in the same day if the order is received before 11:30 AM EST.

Drop shipped Items: If your order is received before 1:00 PM EST your order will be placed with the manufacturer the same day.

Shipping Carriers

Stock on hand Items: While we get set up and to make sure that you get the best possible service, we will be shipping with USPS, you will be able to add tracking to your order if you would like when you check out. USPS will allow us to ship to any address; business, home, rural route, or PO Box. In special cases or for large orders we will ship to you from your choice of USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.

Drop shipped Items: We have no control over this, and make no guarantees for our suppliers. We can however tell you that JaggerSpun ships exclusively with UPS.

Order Tracking

Stock on hand Items: We offer order tracking on all Stock On Hand items You must select and add it in the checkout process.

Drop shipped Items: Some manufacturers offer it and some do not, if we receive tracking information from the manufacturer at the time of shipping we will pass it on to you as soon as it is received.

Shipping Rates

Stock on hand Items: The rate you pay will be the rate we pay plus 10% for handling.

Drop shipped Items: The rate you pay will be the same rate that we pay the manufacturer of the product you ordered.

Back Ordered Products

Stock on hand Items: Any items on hand will not be allowed to oversell. IF however something does accidentally oversell, you will be given the chance to remove it from your cart and not place the order. Because many of the products on hand are handwovens and woven on a fully manual loom we reserve the right to contact you to cancel your order and issue you a refund or store credit towards another item in the store.

Drop shipped Items: If part or all of your order is on backorder we will place the order for what is in stock with the manufacturer and get an estimated date of shipment and contact you by phone or through the email you placed your order with to see if you would like to wait for the backordered item(s) before we place the order with the manufacturer for the back ordered item(s).

Return Policy

Accepted Returns For Refund

The one and only reason for a return for a refund is if any product that is drop shipped by a manufacturer is on back order, and you do not want to wait for it. In this and only this case, we will refund your money in full for ONLY the products on back order, or we will give you store credit worth the balance of your account.

All Other Returns

Any other product that we sell may be returned to us (at purchasers expense) if it is in NEW condition, in ORIGINAL packaging, and Postmarked within 15 days from shipping postmark.

When product is received, inspected, and approved a 10% restocking fee will be charged and the balance will be applied to the purchasers account. If it is apparent that the product has been used or is in any way no longer satisfactory for resale the item will be returned to the purchaser with an explanation and the account will not be credited.

Please contact us here before you return your product so that we have a record of it coming back to us, and we know to expect it. After you fill out the form you will be given the address to return the product(s) to.
